Austin Hayes medical bills

Austin was in a bicycle accident. The front tire came off of his bike in a pothole and his forks planted and threw him forward and he landed on his face causing a concussion and many  lacerations, a broken nose, and lost a front tooth... He's going to need a partial plate... 25 stitches to the face. He also needs reconstructive surgery on his nose, his right ear and face. The insurance won't cover 100% of the price. We will have to be going back and fourth to Erie Hamot hospital and we will need gas and food. Dad and mom both work fulltime and that won't be enough to cover the medical bills that will be coming soon and the house hold bills at the same time.

He is a good kid... Honor and or merit roll from first grade to his current grade (10th)... Very well behaved and never been in trouble. He deserves the best in life and we want to make this traumatic freak accidet is not more of a burden to him than it already is. We want to give him the best care possible but we are going to need help to do so.
