Austin AHH - Winter Items for the Austin Homeless

Donation protected
As we turn our focus to the winter months here in Texas (yes, it gets cold here), we are determined to distribute winter items to our normally-served populations of those experiencing homelessness at I-35 @ 7th Street and at E. Cesar Chavez @ San Marcos in Austin, Texas.

To accomplish this mission, we need your help.  The goal is to give a complete set of thermal underwear, thermal socks and a knitted hat to each recipient we find.  We successfully did this 2 years ago, and we're looking to do it again for 2020.  If money is raised in excess of the 3 tiers, the extra will go towards  securing gloves and emergency hand-warmers.  These items will go a LONG way to help ensure the safety of our friends and neighbors during this winter season.

This current environment has made us heavily adapt our giveaways, but we  have never stopped giving back to our community.  Please donate or share (or both) this campaign to folks in your circles.  We will collect money in October and early November, place orders for supplies (depending on the amount raised) in mid-November, and distribute on December 6, 2020.

For more questions or additional information, please contact us using the details below. Thank you!!!
