Aurora's Angels

Please be an angel for Aurora! Aurora will be 2 years old in April and is the toughest toddler around. Since birth, Aurora has struggled with a range of chronic medical issues but her spirit has never been broken. She is always smiling, laughing and giggling away. Her strength is inspirational. Less than 8 months ago Aurora had her first surgery and she is now going to be having a second, major, surgery on March 15th. Unknowingly, Aurora was born with 95% of her intestines in her chest cavity, Doctors at Calgary Children's Hospital were quick to move her intestines to the correct location in her tiny body.  We all thought she was out of the woods and would lead a healthy, normal life so Aurora and her parents packed up their belongings and set out to begin a new chapter in their lives in BC.
Aurora and her parents were JUST given news by doctors at Vancouver Children's Hospital that she has a mass on her spine. This fatty mass MUST be removed and doctors say, has left Auroras bladder paralyzed. This surgery is very high risk and could have irreversible effects on the use of her lower extremities. This amazing and high spirited little girl is not even TWO years old and has endured more than any human being of any age should endure.
Aurora's INCREDIBLE parents have been by her side through every doctors appointment, consult, admittance to the hospital and surgeries. Which means money flow has temporarily stopped. They are not the type to have to ask for any help. I have started this go fund me page on their behalf to try and ease their stress and suffering. Aurora needs a home and healthy environment to recover in after she is released from Vancouver Children's Hospital. In order for this to happen, mortgage payments and bills must be paid. This is where Aurora's Angels step in. Please, if you are able to donate any amount Aurora and her family will be forever grateful. Send your prayers and thoughts to Aurora, her amazing parents and family as she battles yet another surgery and recovery. We love you Aurora!
