Help Me Help Bear

My boy Bear has always loved to eat anything he possibly could. It's gotten him in trouble before, but this time is different. On Wednesday night, Bear underwent emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction. It was supposed to be a routine procedure, but his body is now trying to fight off pneumonia and sepsis while recovering. For the past 2 days, I have been by his side desperately trying everything that the vet suggests while he remains on constant oxygen, fluid, and pain medication. He was not responding to treatment, but this morning he was able to lift his head to look at me and attempt a tail wag. 

For those of you that don't know, Bear is my world. He's been my constant support system, best friend, and partner in everything for the past 3 years, and the very least he deserves is for me to fight for him now when he needs it most.

It pains me more than anything to say that I have given all that I have for Bear. His constant care has cost over $7,000 so far, and we are still facing an uphill battle. 

Please help me help Bear in any way that you can. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help and support right now. I can just say that this big, sweet, goofy boy is my world. Thank you for everything.
