Aunt Docus Medical Fund

My family has recently suffered a tragic loss. Our Aunt Docus passed away this past weekend from pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is an awful disease that attacks the pancreas and rapidly spreads to nearby organs. Unfortunately, it's rarely detected in the early stages.

Along with most of my extended family, our Aunt Docus was living in Uganda. Before falling ill, my family and I planned a trip to Uganda from Seattle, WA for July of this year.  After becoming sick, we desperately hoped we would be able to see her one final time during our visit. Unfortuanately, she passed before we could get there.


Time was not on our side, as she deteriorated quickly and was too weak to undergo any operation. Aunt Docus fought as hard as she could, but we take solace knowing she is now pain free looking down on us all.

Our family needs help covering the massive medical and funeral costs. Money raised will go towards everything from treatments, days spent in the hospital, and funeral arrangements.

Our Aunt Docus leaves behind a son, two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
