Hello Notre Dame Nation, my name is Len Clark of Irish 101.
A statistic that you won't see in the box score is how local South Bend businesses are struggling. These are the people and places that have helped make your Notre Dame football game experience memorable.
My concern is that when we do return to a 'sense of normalcy" and fans return to Notre Dame, many of these businesses might not be there.
Based on an idea that I learned about from my friend Eleanor Marie Mannion of RTE, who did a story about Dublin people adopting 3 businesses, I'd like to ask you, a true Notre Dame fan, to adopt a South Bend area business to help them during these trying times and to let them know "we" care and are thinking about them.
I am adopting Augie's Locker Room -www.augieslockerroom.com - to help my friend Jim Augustine.
As the director of the Notre Dame Football Heritage Project, I am also donating $5 for each Notre Dame Football Heritage Project Certificate sold to be given to Augie's to keep Notre Dame Football history alive. Visit www.ndcertificate.com to help.
We greatly appreciate your donation and even $1 donated will make a difference.
Let's make this post go viral!
Thank you for your help and Go Irish!
