Augie doggie vet help

Hi !! Aug dog my 2 year old mini golden doodle  and I moved to CO two months ago and he’s been on and off sick since two weeks ago. I brought him to the vet twice and need to go again to get a lot more tests and would love some help out with that. He’s my only piece of home out here and I want to make sure my baby is okay.
