Einmal im Monat lädt Moderatorin Billa Christe inspirierende Frauen zum Talk ins BRLO Brwhouse. Intuitive Gespräche, privat anmutende Atmosphäre, ein Abend unter Freundinnen &amp; Spiele, die erst nach drei Bier Sinn machen plus ein lebendiges Publikum, das nach Interaktion ruft. Alles ein bisschen anders, ein bisschen intimer, ein bisschen chaotischer und so genau der Rahmen für Themen, die sonst keinen Platz in einer männermoderierten Unterhaltungsshowwelt finden. Warum wir "Auf ein Bier mit" machen?  Wir wollen Klischees brechen, als Frauen sichtbar sein und uns einen Platz schaffen. Fakt ist: Frauen sind in den Medien deutlich unterrepräsentiert*. Über alle Fernsehprogramme und alle Formate hinweg kommt nur eine weibliche Protagonistin auf zwei männliche Protagonisten, in Prozenten: 67 Prozent Männer zu 33 Prozent Frauen.  Wenn Frau, dann jüngere Frau - ab Mitte 30 kommen in den Medien auf eine Frau zwei Männer. Ab 50 Jahren auf eine Frau drei Männer.
