<div>Hi, my name is Audrey and I am 10 years old and I’m so happy to have made Team Australia heading to Aruba for the IAAO World Championships in August 2026. As the youngest member of the team I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to develop my aerial disciplines and grow as an athlete while representing my country and learning from those older than me.

<div>I have been training in aerial arts since 2023, beginning with silks, but adding other apparatuses each year. There’s no place I’d rather be than up in the air! I was honoured to make National Champion for silks earlier this year and Runner-Up for both aerial hoop and acrobatics. This sport is challenging and strengthens me, teaches me resilience, endurance and artistry all at the same time. The aim of the IAAO is to continue to build a pathway for the sport towards the Olympics. I’m so thankful to be a part of this process for future athletes to hit the arena.

<div>As this is the very first Australian team to be sent to the World Championships we don’t have infrastructure in place for fundraising this year so each athlete must raise funds independently. This is where you can help! We are inviting family and friends and those who want to see more opportunities for this sport to help get me there. All donations go directly to airfares, accommodation and the green and gold (AUS uniforms).
