Dad’s heart surgery

My dad, Jesus Pimentel, had a minor heart attack and he’s been in the hospital since 12/16/17. He has clogged arteries and needs surgery. ASAP. The doctor also said he needs a pace maker. They are in Mexico and he does not have insurance.  Any help would be appreciated.
