Hello,
My name is Brendyn Aramini. 2 Years ago on Boxing Day, my 5 Year Old daughter, Aubrie, was returned to her Mother as per our legal custody agreement for her period of time and I have not seen or heard from Aubrie since. Her Mother decided to keep her, due to her personal opinion towards my lifestyle and her friends opinions of my newly boyfriend back then, thus breaking our agreement and at that point in time I was broken and had no idea what to do. I didn't have the money for basic necessities nevermind Lawyers as I was working menial jobs, but still made too much to acquire legal aid. It's been 2 Years now and I've become more stable financially and have created a home but it's still empty without having my daughter with me. I am back on my feet but in order to start any kind of process to have my daughter returned to me, I need a $5000 Retainer fee for my Lawyer, because the issue has been left so long. I do have the means to put money away for this slowly but it would take months, almost another year to get anywhere close to this and I don't want to miss out on more time with her. These are the most important years of her life and I can't afford to miss out on anymore than I already have.
I would have the most appreciation and be most thankful if you could help me have my daughter returned to me so I can continue being a vital part of her life like she deserves. No child should be punished for someone else's personal problems/negative opinions.
