As you can see the home inspection is on the 23rd and we are facing eviction and homelessness if we can't make a show of good faith toward fixing the things noted in the letter we recieved.

<div>We have someone coming Sat9/14 to give us an estimate on the siding and we have decided to go with a cheap rock garden to fix the landscaping issue, but gravel and delivery cost money we don't have, and won't have until after the deadline.
