ATV roll over- Mike's recovery

Mike Parkinson and a close friend decided to go for an atv ride in Hinton. Mike attempted to ride down a hill not realizing how steep it was.  Part way down the hill there was a deep rut, the rut caused Mike's ATV to roll over forward. Unfortunately it is very difficult to get out of the way of a forward roll over. Mike instinctively held on to the ATV as it rolled  and ended up with some very severe injuries. It was dark by the time help came and Mike was sent by life flight to Edmonton where is was assessed that Mike 's pelvis,  hip, scapula several ribs are broken and he has internal bleeding.  Mike is the bread winner for his family and it will be several months before he is released from hospital,  reabilitation  and able to go back to work. Without help, his mortgage and other bills will go unpaid as Mike has no accident insurance.  Mike is in need of funds to help prevent his mortgage, car and house hold bills from going unpaid.
