Attorney Fees for Savannah

As many of our friends and family know, we are parents of an amazing daughter.  Savannah was born at 25 weeks.  Weighing only 1 pound 4 ounces, doctors told us she would only have a 5% chance of living due to a gene defect.  Seventeen years later and with several diagnosis added to her repertoire, she is with us today.  
Savannah, who is non verbal, uses an iPad to communicate and a wheelchair for mobility.  She can walk in a walker with assistance, loves riding horses for therapy and enjoys being outdoors.  
As parents, we are her voice and her advocate.  It wasn't until she reached high school that things started to occur.  She has been assaulted twice, pushed up against a wall and left unattended at an IKEA store while other classmates shopped (photo above), almost fell off the school bus lift resulting in a concussion and has been bullied at school.  Because our concerns have fallen on deaf ears on numerous occasions, we are seeking attorney fees so Savannah can have a good education, be treated like a human being; not an object and to be in a safe environment.  
This should never happen to any child, let alone a child/person with disabilities.
