Phil Pompey Fixico has devoted his life to educating Americans about the gallant history of our first freedom-fighters -- Indigenous and African people who united in Maroon communities to resist the European effort to colonize North and South America. He needs our financial support to meet travel expenses so he can reach the UN next month, and other distant American audiences.

The article below, gives the details behind this important trip.
