Atlas the Kitten Emergency Surgery

Hi friends, as some of you know, Erica rescued Atlas the tripod kitten from Lollypop farm late last year. At not even a year old, he has already faced many challenges that we all hope our pets never have to go through in their lifetimes. This past week, he has been in and out of the emergency vet multiple times & on multiple pills due to his health issues. Last night, he had to go in for emergency surgery due to a bladder obstruction. If left untreated, this would've been fatal and killed poor Atlas. He is expected to have a 3-5 day vet stay as well. When he finally gets home, he will lots of care and lifelong prescription food to keep him healthy.



Atlas got his name from Greek mythology, in which Atlas carried the weight of the world on his shoulders. Atlas has done this and more in his short life already and is truly the strongest, bravest kitty we know. Those of you that know our girl Erica, also know that she puts the world on her shoulders as well. She does whatever she needs to do to help her babies. She has taken on a second job, applied for credit cards and with the vet bills piling up at upwards of $3,000, Erica & Altas need our help.
