Rally for Atlas Robotics: Funding Their Nationals!
The Atlas Tigers Robotics Team, a group of exceptional middle school students from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has consistently excelled in the First Lego League Robotics competitions. Last year, they finished an impressive top 15 out of 70 teams from across the United States and 20 countries at the Massachusetts nationals. This year, they qualified for nationals again after securing 3rd place overall and 1st place in the robot game category for two consecutive years at the state level.
To continue their remarkable journey, the team is fundraising with a goal of $10,000 to cover travel and accommodation costs for the upcoming First Lego League Robotics national competition in Massachusetts. These young innovators have showcased their exceptional STEM skills, but participating in such competitions comes with substantial expenses. Your tax-deductible contribution will not only fuel their passion for STEM but also provide invaluable experiences that will shape their future endeavors.
