Help Us Capture the Magic of ACHI LIVE – ATL x Roffa Fashion Week!

This April, ACHI LIVE is bringing something groundbreaking to Rotterdam—the first-ever ATL x Roffa Fashion Week. Young artists and brands from Atlanta and Rotterdam will create, collaborate, and connect, pushing boundaries and redefining what it means to be a community. This is more than just an event; it’s a launchpad for creatives to showcase their talent, build their brands, and establish lasting international connections.

We are the documentary team—Devon, Kai, Seb, and Jack—and we want to take a deeper dive into this event, getting to know its people and what this week means to them. Our goal? To capture the raw energy of underground artists and fashion brands from Atlanta and Rotterdam as they collaborate, break boundaries, and build something bigger than themselves.

But this documentary isn’t just about the event—it’s also about what may follow. For these creatives, ACHI LIVE is a chance to grow their brands and connect with a global community. By documenting their journey, we’re not just telling a story—we’re creating an inspiration for future artists to step beyond their comfort zones, collaborate across borders, and showcase their talent to the world.

For those who can’t be there, this film will be their window into a movement—an opportunity to discover new artists, brands, and ideas shaping the future of fashion and music.

For some, this is their first experience abroad—a leap into the unknown. For others, it’s a chance to showcase their talent on an international stage. But for everyone involved, it’s about proving that creativity has no borders, and that Atlanta and Rotterdam can build something bigger together, both now and in the future.

Why We Need Your Help

ACHI provided €400 ($439) to kickstart the project, which has already gone toward essential equipment (a camera and some basic sound gear). Everything else—travel, accommodation, and other gear—is coming out of our own pockets. And since our team consists of a master’s student, a freelancer, a traveler, and a semi-employed (yes, that’s a job title now), we’re asking for your support.

We’re aiming to raise €1,500 ($1,646.23) to help cover the basics—housing, transportation, and some more gear (another camera, some more microphones). If we exceed our goal, every extra euro will go toward making this documentary even better—higher-quality production, better post-production, and, maybe, greater distribution so we can share this story with the world.

This Is Bigger Than Just a Film

This film explores more than just fashion and music—it’s about building bridges between up-n-coming creatives from different worlds to make waves in their industries. It’s a chance to highlight raw talent, push past traditional industry barriers, and build a lasting bridge between Atlanta and Rotterdam's creative scenes. In such a divided world we want to show how artistic collaboration can restore and even strengthen our sense of community and belonging.

As young men from Atlanta who have spent a lot of time abroad, we know how important it is to stay connected to your roots while embracing and exploring new opportunities. This documentary will showcase the birth of a growing ATL/Roffa community and accompany young artists as they take their first steps towards sharing their art at an international level.
