Athlone Business Booster

Athlone  Business Booster (A2B) is a 100% non-profit initiative set up to try to help support local businesses through the tough couple of months ahead. All monies raised will be shared equally among participating businesses.


Aim of A2B

Our aim is to try and supplement the income which local businesses in Athlone will be missing out on during these uncertain times. It is a new platform designed to help people to donate money into our local economy and keep as many doors open as possible.


How can we do this?

Through the good will of the people of Athlone and beyond. Every donation, whether big or small will go a long way to helping our local economy to stay strong in the midst of this madness. The income generated from your donations will be distributed equally between all of the participating local businesses. Would you usually buy yourself a few coffees during the week? Or would you go out for lunch or a a few drinks at the weekend but can’t? Would you usually be getting your hair or nails done but due to the impact of Covid 19, can no longer spend this disposable income? Please support our cause at A2B by giving a weekly donation and help our local businesses through these tough times.


How will this help?

This model will help to generate a little bit of income for these businesses and it will help to keep cash flowing through the local economy.
