Donations for Ja'Kyah

This is by far one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do…My name is Athalia and I have created this fund on behalf of our beloved baby girl, Ja’Kyah Hayes.

To hear a laugh that made you want to join in was Ja’Kyah. That kid had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. While only twelve (12) years old, she was wise beyond her young age. A scholar in academics, an active Girl Scout and the tallest player on the basketball court, her mere appearance grabbed the attention of all she met. But until you got to know her, you wouldn’t understand the impact that this young lady had on so many within the community.

Unfortunately, on Thursday March 1st she was rushed to the hospital after experiencing a life-threatening emergency and passed away unexpectedly. We are all devastated by the sudden passing of Ja’Kyah.
Ja’Kyah is missed incredibly.
Ja’Kyah is loved beyond condition.

While there was a life insurance policy in place, the expenses of the funeral have exceeded the policy limit and the family is requesting your support to ensure this princess is buried in a manner that directly reflects the life she lived. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for supporting Ja’Kyah’s memorial.
