Atariboy Needs Dental Surgery

Hello everyone,

I'm John Calcano, I need to put together a fundraiser for me to get major dental work done. I need to have a root canal and crowns put in and even with dental insurance, it's going beyond the scope of what I can hope to afford. Root canal on two teeth ($1,400 each for $2,800 total) and crowns ($700 per tooth for $1,400 total).

I will also need reconstruction on a chipped tooth and if it is beyond repairing, I will need to get an entire replacement tooth. None of which is covered by my dental insurance since this is considered cosmetic. This will come later, but for now I'm focused on only getting the root canal and crowns done. If I go over the goal, the extra will help pay toward this.

The target date for this is August 30th. I am hoping to get this dental work done, at the very least the root canal and crowns put in before the situation worsens and I end up in the hospital.
