Help Foster and Adoptive Families

What we do:

Action Through Advocacy (ATA) provides services and support to foster and adoptive families of Deschutes , Jefferson and Crook Counties.  Our purpose is to improve the retention and success of foster homes, inform and strengthen the families who adopt foster children and, through these efforts, improve the outcomes for abused and traumatized children.  Our volunteer driven services include in-home help, relief care and tutoring.   While we also provide tangible items such as clothing, school supplies and other needs, we recognize that that the greatest need is in the form of hands on support.
