Diamantino Coelho, what a powerful name for a strong, loving & giving man. A father to 3 wonderful men and a loving husband of 25+years. A soul of character, family, integrity and culture. "D" or "Compadré" as his friends call him, always has a way to make people laugh. When Diamantino isnt working, he is working... yes he is Portuguese. (Insert smiley face).
He was the main provider for his family and always helping others but himself. His world is his family especially his 2 Grandsons who he frequently would treat to Sizzlers... the boys love Sizzlers. What sets Diamantino apart from many, is he even the day after surgery, was hard at work on the dairy. Stubborn as hell but never lazy.
As the time approaches he soon will be with God in heaven with his oldest brother and parents. Unfortunately Diamantino was misdiagnosed 5-years ago with bladder cancer. He recently was admitted and learned that he actually has been suffering from Lung Cancer, Kidney Failure and Liver Failure. Sadly the cancer is at Stage IV and there is nothing more the doctors can do.
As I sit here writing about my uncle, I think to myself how much pain not only my family, but others are going through. Today I ask if you could help me, help someone I love and will miss dearly. Your donations will help the family prepare for funeral arrangements, medical bills and remaining funds The Coelho family will be donating to a Cancer Society.
