<div>We are writing this as her closest friends and family, because Ferdawsi is far too humble to ever ask for help herself. But right now, she needs all of us.

<div>At only 29 years old, life has been unimaginably unfair to her. While most of her friends are dreaming about weddings, careers, and children, Ferdawsi has been fighting for her life against chronic kidney failure. She has shown incredible courage, strength, and faith through endless hospital visits, exhausting treatments, and moments that would break anyone else.

<div>What hurts us the most is knowing her biggest dream is so simple and pure — to have the chance to live a normal life again. She wants to be healthy enough to build a family of her own, to one day become a mother, and to finally live without the shadow of illness hanging over her.

<div>A kidney transplant is her only chance. But the costs involved — surgery, aftercare, and the lifelong treatment that follows — are overwhelming. As a family, we are doing all we can, but we cannot do this alone.
