Asti's leg surgery

Our little boy, Asti, tore his ACL four years ago. Last month, the meniscus in that knee tore as well. As this is classified as a pre-exsisting condition, his pet insurance will not cover it. We were prepared to dip into our savings to pay for the surgery, but as luck would have it, Asti was allergic to the anethesia that was given and had an allergic reaction that kept him needing intraveneous fluids and injectable anti-nausea medications for a period of time. The money we had set aside to pay for his surgery then went to the allergic reaction. Asti is doing better now, but still needs the original surgery.  All funds raised will go to paying for Asti's medical bills, with any addtional funds being donated to cover the costs of others who cannot afford surgery for their furry kids. Since friends and family have been asking how they can help, and as other medical bills for the humans are coming in, we felt this was the best way for folks to help if they would like to.
