Association Hayati Fundraising

Hayati is a non-profit Association created with the purpose of taking care of illegitimate children born out of wedlock from 0-6 years old. It is located in a Muslim country, Morocco. Due to religious beliefs, single mothers are expelled from their homes by their families because it is not allowed to have children outside of a marriage. Therefore, these mothers struggle with finding a work while having a child to take care of. Hayati has the purpose of taking care of those children while the mothers work, but also help them reconstruct the bond between those mothers and their families. Unfortunately, this Association is struggling with debt, an outcome of the low amount of donations they are receiving to sustain three buildings. The kids stay in Hayati usually from 6 am to 8 pm. There they eat breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the day. Since they do not have a chance to shower back home due to the poor living conditions, the Association try to provide to all of their kids (around 160) at least one bath per week. The donations will go to the teachers that stay with the kids, to help with the payment of the building rents, to the materials needed for the classes, also with the ingredients to make food. Donations are welcome as soon as possible and will be directly sent to the association.


A Hayati é uma associação sem fins lucrativos criada com o objetivo de cuidar de crianças ilegítimas nascidas fora do casamento de 0 a 6 anos de idade. Esta instituição está localizada em Agadir, Marrocos, um país muçulmano. Devido às crenças religiosas, as mães solteiras são expulsas de suas casas por suas famílias porque não tem permissão para ter filhos fora de um casamento. Portanto, essas mães se esforçam para encontrar um trabalho enquanto tem uma criança para cuidar. Hayati tem o objetivo de cuidar dessas crianças enquanto as mães trabalham, mas também ajudá-las a reconstruir o vínculo entre essas mães e suas famílias. Infelizmente, esta Associação está lutando com dívidas, resultado da pequena quantidade de doações que estão recebendo para sustentar três edifícios. As crianças ficam em Hayati geralmente das 6:00 às 20:00. Lá eles comem café da manhã, almoço e lanches durante o dia. Como eles não têm a chance de tomar banho em suas casas casa devido às condições de vida precárias, a Associação tenta fornecer a todos as crianças (cerca de 160) pelo menos um banho por semana. As doações vão para os professores que ficam com as crianças, para ajudar com o pagamento das rendas do edifício, para os materiais necessários para as aulas, e também com os ingredientes para fazer comida. As doações são bem-vindas o mais breve possível e serão enviadas diretamente para a associação.
