Assistance for Davids medical expenses

Hello,
My brother David was in a car accident where he lost control and went over a bridge.  He was in the hospital for 7 days. While he has some medical coverage from the car insurance, there is no back up medical insurance to help with the remaining costs. Any donations provided will go towards his medical expenses.
