Assistance After Covid

My wife and I got diagnosed with COVID -19 in August, and we were both of work for 3 months. I'm just now back to work, and have exhausted all extensions I can for bills, and I'm about to lose my car, which I need for doctors appointments, as I am still dealing with the after effects of it. My car gets me to my Pulmonology appointments, my psychology appointments, and my sister in law's to take care of my nieces. I work from home, but I am still behind on my bills and just need some assistance. The $3000 will cover my car, rent and light for 2 months so I can get caught up. If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated. I support myself, my wife, my sister in law, my 2 year old niece and I have a 7 month old puppy. I just want to make sure we can make it through the end of year without risk of losing our home and car.
