Help a Disabled Trans Couple Escape Homelessness & Find Safety

Hi, our names are Amanda and Benji Cirice, and we are a disabled trans couple originally from Texas. Right now, we’re homeless in Washington State, and we’re reaching out because we need help to get out of this situation and into safe, stable housing.

Back in Texas, Benji and I faced abuse and mistreatment from the state simply for being transgender. The hostility and lack of protections there left us unsafe and without the support we needed to survive. We came to Washington hoping for a chance at safety and stability, but as disabled trans people, finding work and securing resources has been extremely difficult.

We are doing everything we can to access local programs and services, but the waitlists are long. In the meantime, we urgently need help for food, transportation, and a safe place to stay while we work toward long-term stability.
