I am saddened to announce the passing of Angela "Nanny" Lopresti, the loving mother of my dear friend Angela Lopresti. Last year, Angela received a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, which tragically spread quickly, and she passed away surrounded by love. Angela's husband, Joseph Lopresti, is struggling to cope with the loss of his beloved wife, and they did not have life insurance. I am reaching out to the community and friends to request support in giving Angela "Nanny" a triumphant farewell, as Mr. Lopresti faces challenges in doing so alone. Every contribution, no matter how small, will be a beacon of hope and deeply appreciated. Nanny was an extraordinarily caring woman who filled her children's and grandchildren's lives with joy; my daughter adopted her as her own and called her Nanny. She made space in her heart forever. All will miss her radiant smiles and unconditional love. I would love to be able to assist this family while they are grieving the tremendous loss of their wife, mother, and grandma, and help them find strength in their darkest hour.
