Hello: I am Emanuel and Thank you for taking the time to read this URGENT request. On 7-22-23, Dr. Vira Hong, my landlord, sadly passed away suddenly. This has come to a complete shock to me thinking her family would continue paying the mortgage. l was strung along for almost 2yrs till recent and found out this $335,000 home, now the bank owns it! I was praying it would have sold at auction and a private buyer would have brought it and l continued to stay here and pay rent. Sadly, that didn't happen. Sad to say, her family abandoned the home & now it is in foreclosure. I know Dr. Hong is turning over in her grave, R.I.P. Now in such a short time l am asking for help please, any donation will help tremendously. I have till 9-15-25 to move out and find a home for me and my dog THOR & I am asking for expense monies for deposits, etc. (Please read bank letter in photos).
