<div>On December 3, 2024, two lifelong residents of the Lowcountry Community lost everything in a fatal fire. Not only did Kate Boardman and Tyler Love lose their home and everything they own, but also the beautiful life of Tyler's mom, Kathy Condie, was lost, and their sweet dog Hudson did not survive. Luckily their other dog, Blue, was able to escape and was found safe.
