My friend Tommy has recently passed. Tommy was not a rich man by any means but he was the type of person who would always help you out whenever you needed it. A few years ago more than I can count really, Tommy had to have his hips replaced not once but twice That took away a lot of his mobility. Still he endeavored. Then he was hit with the news that his liver was failing. Tommy was not known to be anywhere near an alcoholic so it was a shock to all of us to find out that his kidneys were failing. Apparently it was a genetic disorder that caused this and we were given a time period of how long we were going to have him. I visit him on and off as often as I could and I asked him what his goals were for when he did passed. Tommy wanted to be cremated and have his ashes scattered at a location that I shall keep secret that I've already cleared with the property owner that I can scatter them. The only thing is Tommy did not have the means to pay for his own cremation and nor do I. It is why I'm turning to you all. You didn't know him so I'm asking a lot. We were all lovable losers if you will, that somehow bumped into each other and we've created such a strong circle Tommy, Glen, Ed and I. Together we faced bullies we had our own adventures and now all we have are the memories. I'm asking...I'm asking for help to cover his cremation my fuel and the cost for me to deliver his ashes to its destination. Anything that you can provide is welcome.
