Our neighbors recently lost their house to a fire that started in their garage. Their house was engulfed in flames in under 10 minutes. If it wasn't burned, it was ruined by smoke. It's a total loss. They will most likely need to replace everything.

There are 4 people that live in the house: an elderly couple and 2 of their family members, 1 in high school and the second in their early 20s.
