<div>After undergoing a procedure this past week, Erika (my sister) was diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis and quickly deteriorated. Currently, she is intubated in the ICU and undergoing kidney dialysis, and we are looking at a long recovery. 
</div>

</div>
<div>Erika is a single mom of 2, Grayson (5) and Willow (3). They are being well taken care of by their Nana and Papa and favorite Uncle Jason and Aunt Michelle and a host of other family members and friends as we navigate this difficult time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In an effort to preserve the kids’ routine and a sense of normalcy, we want to maintain Erika’s current apartment lease and keep the kids enrolled in daycare and are therefore asking for any assistance in helping us do this. 
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I recognize that monetary contributions is not feasible for everyone, so if you are willing to help in other ways, we are looking for assistance in taking and picking up the kids from daycare, short term babysitters, and meal delivery; if you want to help in this way, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
