Assist Carl Billings' Family During Recovery

This is for Carl Billings and his family. Carl had a stroke at the beginning of the month, and he cannot work. His son and girlfriend are in need to be able to stay where they are living at the moment. Carl is on disability, and we have no idea when he’ll be able to go back to work. His family needs help while he can’t work.
