I am Art Martinez and work for the Texas Department of Public Safety as a Police Communications Operator (dispatcher. ) I currently live in Richmond TX just southwest of Houston and am stationed in Pierce TX just southwest of Richmond. I have been transferred back to El Paso effective May 1. I live with my son Stephen Martinez. We need some financial assistance to pay for the move. Between having to purchase boxes and renting trucks and trailers for some of our vehicles, I am finding out how costly this is. Not to mention deposit and 1st rent on our new place in El Paso.
