Asking is hard, but we need help

This is by far, the most humbling thing that I have ever had to do. Asking for help isn't easy, especially when I have always been self sustaining, the rock of my family..the provider...Dad, husband.
As most of you know my wife and I left for Florida to pursue happiness. My wife and I have gone through alot, but we chose to stay together and dedicate ourselves to our vows that we gave one another 13 years ago. We chose Florida as an act of faith, in eachother.. to leave all of the past behind, forgiving and trusting in eachother and putting eachother first. We decided to make our dreams come true, and opportunity arose when I received a job offer in Sarasota with a higher salary than I was making in Columbus. This was it, its was time. We prayed, sold all that we owned, I resigned from my job and we left all that we have known behind.
WHY WE NEED HELP:
Some of you do not know this, but I participated in a prank gone bad when I was 19. I took golf clubs out of a friends government high school teachers open garage in broad daylight. The person that I was with was a student of this teacher. We pawned the clubs for $10 and got gas to take me home. I don't have to tell you how stupid this was, it changed the course of my life. I was a baseball player attending college, and I was convicted of attempted burglary, a felony and was given a 17 month prison term. I was released after 6 months for good behavior, and I came home to a beautiful daughter that was born.. the first of the greatest gifts that God has given me, Isabella.
2 days ago I was contacted by my new employer and was told that I am disqualified from working in healthcare in the state of Florida. I obtained an exemption application and have to go through a lengthly proscess to begin my new job, its going to take some time. I have worked in Healthcare as a Maintenance Director for 14 years in Ohio, I made it known to the company that I had the felony before I accepted the offer. I wasnt prepared for another month or more with NO PAY. My account cant cover food and rent for this month. My car also went out, turbos blew and its over 3K to replace. We do not have family with the means to help us, so I am setting aside my pride and asking that my friends and coworkers would pay it forward and help us. I promise to do the same and pay it forward in return. It would be a blessing, anything would help. I do not want my wife and children to end up in a homeless shelter and I do not want them to worry where there next meal is coming from. Angel is actively seeking employment and she was given a small job cleaning resort rentals, but it is not steady and is temporary. Please help us.
