AsianCajun Food Truck for Lafayette!

Downtown Lafayette needs a great food truck! Our already great downtown can only get better as we add even more great food and fun. I am a culinary school graduate and an experienced cook and restaurant worker, having worked every position in restaurants in New York City and Louisiana. These funds will be used to purchase a used food truck in good condition, and to set up the business for our grand opening, which we hope to be this summer of 2019. I will serve the freshest, most flavorful Asian-Cajun fusion cuisine, including gourmet sandwiches, Asian noodles, and delicious sides. This, my dream, is a culmination of years and years of training and preparation, and all contributions, no matter the size, will be appreciated with all of my heart.
