Yesterday at 12:40pm, my family lost a beautiful, funny, amazing person...my cousin Ashton Jeanelle Parks. She will be sorely missed. Ashton fought for a long time. During her short life, she had 2 heart transplants...because of this she had a weak immune system that led to many more health challenges. But that didn't stop her from living life. She never complained, never blamed God and did not let it discourage her.
Due to Ashton's health issues since birth, she has never been insurable and did not have life insurance. She was in the ICU at Shands in Gainesville for 15 weeks (106 days). Her parents are going to have a lot of bills from the hospital, as well as, funeral expenses. I created this page to help ease the burden of those expenses.
