Ashelyn Parnell is a co-worker, who will be married to David Clifton on January 7. A smart, vibrant young woman with an ever present warm disposition (there is a reason her nickname is Sunshine), Ashelyn is someone who always thinks of others before she thinks of herself.
Unfortunately, the greatest day of her life - her wedding day - has now become a worry and we want to help fix that.
Ashelyn's father was making payments toward her wedding, but he died suddenly on November 16, which left a fair amount unpaid. Ashelyn has been trying to find ways to raise the rest of the money herself, but things should not work that way.
A young woman who just lost her father should not have to finance her own wedding, especially in such a short amount of time. She will do it; she is that strong and when she has a goal in mind, she will meet it, but she should not have to, so we want to meet it for her.
Anything which you can donate will help lessen the load for Ashelyn and ensure that her wedding day is the blessing it should be, rather than a financial burden. Please know that you do not have to donate a lot to make a difference here.
