Asha for Education: Support Bhumi and KJSA

Hi! We are Asha for Education, a secular organization dedicated to change in India by focusing on basic education in the belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic change. In keeping with this focus, our volunteers are involved with and support projects that are secular and have an education-related component to them. 

This particular fundraiser is for the Bhumi and Kaorakhali Jana Sevashram projects. The Bhumi project is headquartered in Chennai, India, while the KJSA project is headquartered in Kolkata, India. Each donation you make goes to improving the education of underprivileged children living in slum areas of Chennai and in schools within four villages surrounding the city of Kolkata. We would appreciate if you could donate at least 20 dollars to this cause.
