Min's Caregiver & Other Medical Expenses

As you may have heard, our beloved Min is in the hospital fighting for her life and it looks like the best option is to bring her home.
Brief recap of her recent medical condition: Surgery is not an option. Chemo and Radiation are no longer options either. Her family is working close with the palliative care team to decide on the best option to keep Min comfortable. She was on the ventilator, but her breathing has improved and they have since removed it, making going home possible to live out her remaining days in comfort, away from industrial hospitals.
Going home means she will be on hospice care, and this is where I would like to ask all of her loved ones for the support we can give her. I am trying to raise enough money for a caregiver to give her round the clock care her last few days or weeks with us, so her family can focus on being her family instead of worrying if they're doing everything they need to. Her family will of course be there 24/7, but wouldn't reminiscing with her be a better use of their precious time than having to worry about the next task at hand?
