Makenzies Trip to get her Assistance Dog

Makenzie has waited three years for her service dog.  She is finally getting her dog in July!!!  The company is paying for everything with the exception of Makenzie's aide (Rebekah) who is joining us to help me in our traveling journey.  I have to cover her food expenses and any other excursions we go on.  The organization will take us to the mall, to the movies, and to restaurants to teach us how to properly handle the dog in public, with the commands it has been taught to follow. 
There are many expenses I will be picking up as a result.  I will cover Rebekah's airfare, her food expenses, and any other expenses that pop up in our journey, as they always do.  The organization has asked us to cover $200 worth of the first years supply of flea/tick/heartworm, and many other items in the service dog pack.
The flight was $500, the service dog pack is $200, the food served at the facilty by the Canine Assistance will cost $200 for the two weeks, and I will need the remaining for the excursions we take off the facility site.  I really appreciate any help we receive!  Thank you!
