National Youth Medical Forum @Emory

Hello, my name is Aryan Gleason and I currently attend McGavock Comprehensive High School in Nashville, Tennessee.  I love helping others in the community and also working with others that are different and likeminded as I.  Some other things that I enjoy are hanging out with my friends and playing volleyball.  As a freshman on the principal’s list, I have been given the opportunity to attend the National Youth Leader Forum: Medicine program this summer.  I would like to attend this program because I aspire to become an Obstetric and Gynecological (Ob/Gyn) Medical Doctor, and I feel that this is a good way for me to gain exposure into the medical field. 

Tuition for the NYLF: Medicine program covers a rigorous 9 days that includes all curriculum and instruction, program activities, site visits, and events, overnight housing, program materials, at least two meals a day, a Certificate of Completion, and local transportation during the program.
