This is Diran Noubar from weAREmenia.org, a new organisation (non governmental) of Armenian volunteers whose goal is to raise the maximum funds to help dozens of thousands of refugees from Artsakh to Armenia, to be lodged, fed, heated for the upcoming winter and finance scholarship for their children .
