ArtNest Residency

ArtNest Residency  is a newly-formed, grassroots arts NPO based in
Johannesburg, South Africa. We believe in sharing the joy of arts with everyone,
from all walks of life, from around the globe. We create projects in all arts
disciplines (performing and fine arts, poetry, literature, and new media) to create social change and promote arts advocacy. These projects benefit the
Johannesburg community, and share the art of Africa with the world. 

We currently work with volunteer administrators and artists who generously
share their time and talents for the good of our organization and community. The creation of these art projects, the upkeep of our residences, the airfare required
for international projects, and funding for instruments and art supplies – all these and more require the support of those who believe in the power and positivity of the arts.

Unfortunately, our projects are all on pause due to COVID-19. We need to raise $400 USD by December 31, 2020, to cover administrative costs and allow us to
keep our doors open. We then plan to create digital projects to be shared
internationally, and to plan in-person projects for a post-COVID time. The effects of COVID-19 have hit our organization harder than we could have expected. 

Please help us raise $400 USD to cover the following administrative costs
through February 2021:

1. A functional office phone for the Artistic Director: $150
2. Data usage for the office phone: $50
3. Office utilities: $80
4. Office supplies: $120

At a time when we all need some more support, please consider a gift in any
amount to help our grassroots, South African-based organization survive this
