My name is Blaine and I am trying to raise funds for an old friend. He has had a form of arthritis in his neck for many years but it continues to get worse. The bone in his neck is slowly growing and closing off his esophagus and trachea (food pipe and windpipe). It is to the point now that he has extreme problem swallowing and breathing.
