Ellory's medical bills and expenses

As you probably know from Facebook our happy and healthy 8 year old daughter Ellory was diagnosed with Leukemia just after Christmas 2013. We have health insurance but the $9,000 annual co-pays quickly diminished over $20k in what little funds we normally use for everyday upkeep and any vacation funds. Many people have said they are willing to help and we have loved all the support, the hats, meals and assistance provided by wonderful friends and family. On the financial side we have decided to use GOFUNDME for fundraising for those that feel like they would like to contribute toward that effort and help us have a more normal family life as this becomes a new part of our life for the next several years. Chemo treatments will last 2 ½ years and testing and follow up care for many years to come.

These funds we are trying to raise now would help with things like the replacement of the water heater for our house -$600, A/C repair on 11 year old mini-van -$200, fuel pump on 11 year old truck –$900 (which failed again just days after warranty), transmission repair on truck, gutter work on house, Lawnmower repair… We wish to start saving for home air conditioning, a newer mini-van, vacation, but all those are distant dreams we don’t even think about today.
