<div><strong>Nous sommes La Colectiva</strong>, quatre femmes artistes et éducatrices nées au Chili et basées à Montréal, au Canada. Notre objectif est de créer un pouvoir populaire tout en utilisant l'art comme moyen de rassembler les gens dans des expériences partagées de deuil, de souvenir et de guérison.

<div><strong>Le pouvoir de la connexion</strong>

<div>Au cœur de notre projet se trouvent des ateliers où les personnes participent à la création de figurines textiles représentant les victimes de la dictature chilienne. Ces ateliers sont devenus des espaces de transformation favorisant les récits, les échanges culturels et le deuil collectif, permettant aux participants de s'engager dans la préservation de la mémoire des victimes.

<div><strong>Le projet</strong>
</div>
<div>No Me Olviden Arpillera est une œuvre d'art textile monumentale composée de deux panneaux, chacun mesurant 567,5 cm x 199,5 cm. Le premier panneau, que nous avons terminé, représente 1 600 victimes documentées dans le rapport Rettig. Nous avons maintenant besoin de votre aide pour créer le second panneau et mener ce projet à sa réalisation complète.

<div><strong>Notre démarche</strong>
</div>
<div>Nous avons organisé des ateliers au Canada, en Suède et au Chili, auxquels ont participé près d'un millier de personnes. Chaque figure textile symbolise une victime et un moment de connexion humaine. Ce souvenir collectif transforme la douleur en amour, encourageant un esprit de communauté au-delà des frontières et des générations.

<div>Notre arpillera a déjà touché de nombreuses vies en étant exposée dans des lieux tels que l'Écomusée du Fier Monde à Montréal et le Musée POP à Trois-Rivières. Des expositions sont prévues au Chili, en Uruguay et en Argentine, ainsi qu'au Québec et au Canada.

Additionally, we're developing an interactive digital platform to share the stories behind each represented person, extending the reach of this connective experience.
